Volunteers
All our volunteers have been checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (previously known as CRB or Criminal Record Bureau) and will carry an identity badge with a photo and the telephone number of the Good Neighbour Group. You will be told in advance of the name of the volunteer who has offered to help you and you are encouraged to check on the volunteer who calls at your door if you feel uncertain.
